Before enrolling in University of Tampa, he graduated Cum Laude from the American Military University.

A native of Minnesota, Chris enrolled in the Air Force in 2003. He served 10 years in the national security field as an intelligence analyst and as a defense contractor in Afghanistan. Throughout his career in the Air Force, he was stationed in the United States & Puerto Rico, South Korea, Qatar, and Iraq.

He currently lives in Tampa with his wife Brenda and their two rescue dogs Orion and Buddy.
